WEBfactory 2010 Table View

By means of the Table View (DataTable Control), the recorded process values can be displayed in a table, exported and printed. The layout, the selected time frame and the process values that are to be displayed are centrally stored in one configuration. The DataTable Control is suitable for all applications, in which process values must be recorded and, for example, for documentation purposes, for calculation of performance data or for evidence of the legal limiting values in tabular form must be displayed and printed and in other formats such as Excel, Word, CSV or PDF must be exported. The layout will be configured freely on printout:  Margins, header and footer, page numbers and page breaks can be adjusted individually.  The most important features:

• Tabular representation of process values
• Free configuration of background colours, column colours, column heading and font
• An optional number of configuration data such as data sources, table columns and time frame will be stored in the database and can be accessed from any workstation
• User-specific project authorisations for blocking or clearing of security sensitive functions
• Supplementary possibilities for editing the process data from the database by marking the modified data
• Fields can be marked and then exported in Excel, Word, CSV, TXT, PDF, etc.
• Comfortable printing functions with freely configurable margins, headers and footers
