WEBfactory 2010 trend curve visualisation
The trend curve visualisation is an element used for representing recorded (historical) and current process values as trend charts or other digital traces. The control is parameterized up to the current time and allows the application of trend configurations in the data base. These configurations can be centrally reloaded from different display clients. The trend curve visualisation offers supplementary Y-axes, zoom and scroll, central styles and signal cursor functionalities. The number representation can be converted into a logarithmical and scientific format and there are many options available for the interpolation between the measured values. The following characteristics describe the setting alternatives for the design time:
- The visibility of the buttons can be controlled both generally and by the WEBfactory security system and in the latter situation it adjusts itself according to the user’s rights
- During project planning the user can choose between different layouts
- The configuration of the trend curve visualisation, currently visible at the local client, can be saved automatically upon logout and reloaded upon a new login
- The maximum number of simultaneously displayable trend lines can be defined
- A standard configuration can be optionally used when loading the control
- The intensity of the trend lines can be established
- Pop-up dialogues can be opened “modally” or “non-modally”
