Correct maintenance reduces upkeep cost

The maintenance periods of machines and installations are mostly based on the indications of the manufacturer or on experience. Because many factors such as stand-still periods or periods of increased production are not considered, WEBfactory MaintenancePro was developed as a software facilitating the correct maintenance. To this end the actual operating and wear information is collected by means of an online connection from the control system and compared to the manufacturers nominal values. If the respective values is exceeded, an automatic information of maintenance personnel takes place.
