With WEBfactory MessengerPro operational messages, faults and alarms are redirected immediately after their occurrence via mobile or landline network, SMS, e-mail or fax to the contingency personnel. In addition the alarm can be output via an additional engine as voice message in the respective national language.

Sick leaves, holydays and shift changes are considered during alarm output, because the module can be connected via standard interfaces with the personnel and ERP systems.
